The living room no longer includes a sleeper sofa; instead, a queen-size air mattress is provided for additional sleeping. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, kids' dishware, silverware, and spices, making meal preparation a breeze. You can dine at the table for four, with two additional seats at the counter, or enjoy your meal outside while watching the waves at the table and chairs for four. The open-concept kitchen flows into the living and dining rooms, allowing for easy conversations and stunning ocean views while you cook. ☆☆ LOUNGE SPACES ☆☆ The living room features a 55" TV with ample seating for everyone to enjoy, making it a perfect spot for entertainment. Additionally, there is comfortable seating outside on the balcony, where you can relax and watch the sunrise or the waves crash in while sipping your favorite beverage. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The condo offers direct beach access, allowing you to step right onto the sandy shores at your leisure. While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the condo itself serves as a tranquil outdoor sanctuary for guests. Relax on the balcony, enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the breathtaking sunrise and the soothing sound of crashing waves. Important Notice: Please note that elevator modernization work will begin on May 11th on the north side elevator. During this time, only one elevator (the south elevator, located near the pool) will be operational. Repairs are expected to continue through late June, and there may be longer wait times for elevator access during your stay. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
