Please purchase Travel Insurance. ★HEATED POOL★ The pool is heated and set to maintain a comfortable temperature of 80–85°F, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. However, please note that during the cooler winter months, outside weather conditions can impact the pool’s ability to feel consistently warm. Factors such as low air temperatures, wind, and rainfall can cause the water to feel cooler and may slow the heating process, especially overnight. While the heater will be running as intended, the pool may not feel as warm as it does during warmer seasons. ★BUGS & CRITTERS★ Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place.
